How do I know what blanket is the right blanket for me?
A: Laying it all down. First, ask yourself where the blanket is going. Your space should determine the size blanket you choose. Take measurements. Then, decide how you'd like your new blanket to interact with your furniture: should it go under, or beside? Finally, you can choose the blanket you need based on these judgments.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
A: If there is a problem or damage to your item as a result of negligence on the part of the shipping company, you should immediately contact our Customer Service Department. Please send an email to service@toboho.com with all of your order details. There are special procedures to follow if you have ordered an oversized rug and experience a problem. Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If the order has not been shipped, it can be canceled within 24 business hours of placing the order. Modifications cannot be made to the size, color, or quantity of items ordered at any time once an order has been placed. To request a cancellation, please contact customer service by emailing service@toboho.com. Cancellation requests are processed during normal business hours. Please keep in mind that orders begin processing immediately after they are received and cancellation cannot always be guaranteed. We strongly advise that you carefully review the details of your order prior to completing checkout.
